| Responsibilities : |
- Supporting the team in achieving agreed gross sales targets for the year.
- Maintaining and developing all digital projects including strategy, engagement and analyzing performance of all services delivered and recommends necessary optimizations.
- Ensuring quality and timeliness of work delivered to clients, including organizing quarterly key account reviews with clients and internal reviews.
- Supporting team on new business development by creating competitive scopes under managerial direction.
- Financial management (billing & recoveries) and reporting of client portfolio.
- Ensuring profitable delivery of work through effective cross-business/department relationships and processes (creative, Media, Ad Sales, Events & Promotions).
- Maintaining regular MIS and doing regular QC’s on all accounts.
- Operationally strong & capable of handling full cycle assignments

| Job Profile: : |
- Graduate – Diploma in marketing management studies.
- MBA/MMS is an advantage• 1+ years experience.
- Knowledge of ‘Digital’ activations in the previous organization compatible in managing solutions for brands in created websites/micro sites, advergames, interactive applications, viral applications, online games and banner campaigns etc.
- Inclination towards ‘knowledge’ management and sorting market information• Independent self starter; detail oriented;
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and to direct outside vendors and freelancers
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interpret and translate information to teams and individuals and to report effectively to management.
